Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By connecting a Solana wallet to Windy you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not connect a wallet and do not use the service.

2. Eligibility — AIRCOIN gate

Windy is an exclusive community for AIRCOIN holders. You must hold at least 1 AIRCOIN in the connected wallet to access the feed. Loss or transfer of your AIRCOIN may revoke your access without notice.

3. Wallet authentication

You authenticate by signing a message in your wallet. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your wallet keys. Windy never has access to your private keys and cannot recover lost wallets.

4. User content

You retain ownership of content you post. You grant Windy a worldwide, royalty- free license to display, distribute, and moderate your content within the service. You are responsible for everything you post and represent that you have the right to post it.

5. Tipping & on-chain transactions

Tips and token interactions occur on the Solana blockchain. They are irreversible. Windy is not a custodian, broker, or financial advisor. Nothing in the app constitutes investment, tax, or legal advice. Verify recipients and amounts before signing any transaction.

6. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

  • Post content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, or infringing.
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation.
  • Spam, scrape, or abuse the platform or its APIs.
  • Promote scams, rug-pulls, or unverified token claims as facts.
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits, gating, or moderation.

7. Moderation & termination

We may remove content, restrict, or terminate access at our discretion, especially for violations of these Terms or applicable law. Wallet bans persist across reconnections.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Windy disclaims all liability for losses arising from use of the service, including but not limited to wallet compromises, on-chain transaction errors, third-party token behavior, and user content.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be raised through the project's official community channels.
